Return Policy

There is 15% restocking fee on all returns.  Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and shipping charges are not refundable.  All returned items must be prepaid.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.  No returns without prior authorization.  Please e-mail or call the office for authorization. 


Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual  size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close ups of the images.  Images may be slightly different then actual product.



*Items must be received in new, unopened and unused condition and not missing any items. Any returns received without original packaging and receipt will not be credited.


No returns on special orders, discounts, sale items, holiday, catering, pinata, wearables and opened or damaged items (wet, crumpled, odor, pet smoke, etc.).  All returns must be within 14 days.

All returns at the managers discretion.



Please Note:  Your return must be sent via a traceable method.  If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
