Return Policy

 

In an effort to keep our costs as low as possible, all returns will be for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No returns without receipt. No returns on special orders, discounts, sale items, holiday, catering, graduation, candy, pinatas, and opened or damaged items (ex. Wet, crumpled, odor, pet smoke, etc.). No refunds on check purchases for 15 days.  There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks. Absolutely no refunds or returns on balloons and costumes - NO EXCEPTIONS. No returns after 30 days.  All returns are at the managers' discretion.

 

Payment

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, and checks (with proper I.D.). We are unable to accept credit cards from other businesses (Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, etc).
